Boston Accident Injury Lawyer

February 22, 2011 - Donald Bowley, 55, from Danville, New Hampshire and his passenger Luz Selena Roman, 58, from Haverhill, Massachusetts have sustained serious personal injuries as a result of a two car accident. Aaron Deveau, 17, also from Haverhill, allegedly crossed the center line and collided with Bowley's sedan. The accident occurred at around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday at the intersection of Cliff Avenue and River Street in Haverhill.

Bowley and Roman were both transported by medical helicopter to Massachusetts General Hospital. According to the Haverhill Police Department, both were listed in critical condition as of Sunday night. Deveau treated at Merrimack Valley Hospital and released.

The accident remains under investigation by the Haverhill Police and Massachusetts State Police.

February 8, 2011 - Christopher J. Ward, 19, of Woburn, Massachusetts, has died as a result of serious personal injuries sustained when his car veered off of an overpass and fell 30 to 40 feet onto Route 28. Lawrence J. Capriotti, 31, from Somerville, was driving a car that collided with Ward's vehicle as it hit the road below the overpass. The accident occurred at around 12:50 a.m. on Sunday along Interstate 93 in Somerville.

Ward was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Capriotti fled the scene after the accident, but returned an hour later. According to the Massachusetts State Police, Capriotti was charged with leaving the scene of an accident causing personal injury and leaving the scene of the accident causing property damage.

Ward graduated from Woburn Memorial High School last year where he was a standout athlete. He planned on joining the Navy in the spring. It is unclear what caused Ward to lose control of his vehicle prior to veering off of the overpass and the accident remains under investigation.
