McCann was transported to a hospital, where he later died. Both Reis and Ervin were treated at Rhode Island Hospital and released with minor injuries.

The Berkshire District Attorney's Office has announced that Baruch was charged with one count operating under the influence of alcohol, operating to endanger resulting in death, and driving 45 mph in a 25 mph zone. Baruch will be arraigned on February 2, 2012.
The investigation was conducted by the Lee Police Department, Lenox Police Department, and the Massachusetts State Police.

Fedoseev was transported by ambulance to UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, where she was pronounced dead. Alves was also taken to UMass and was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
This accident was one of three that occurred along a one mile stretch of Main Street on Wednesday night. The Shrewsbury Fire Department and EMS assisted at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.

The truck then traveled into the left side guardrail and then flipped end-over-end.

]]> __________________________________________________________________Guzman's car was parked at the corner of Chandler and Piedmont Streets when Curran's vehicle allegedly smashed into it. Witnesses claim that Curran's car was traveling between 80 and 100 miles per hour.
According to police, Guzman and Rodriguez were pronounced dead at the scene. Molina was taken to UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, where he remains in critical condition. Curran was also injured in the crash and was first taken to Harrington Healthcare at Hubbard in Webster and then transferred to UMass Memorial.
According to police, Curran left the scene of the accident after briefly speaking with paramedics. Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicle records showed that Curran's license was suspended at the time of the accident and he had four speeding tickets in the last three years.
On Tuesday, Curran was arraigned in his hospital room at UMass Memorial. He was charged with two counts of motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation, two counts of leaving the scene of an accident causing death, and several other crimes. Curran pleaded not guilty to all crimes. He was released on $20,000 bail.

]]> __________________________________________________________________Gregory Ross, 62, from Merrimack, New Hampshire was driving the truck, which was leased by Sullivan Tire. According to the Massachusetts State Police, the truck had four tires strapped loosely to wooden pallets on its bed. The accident allegedly occurred after one of the pallets broke and the strap became loose sending the tire flying through the air. Witnesses claim they saw the tire travel approximately 30 feet before impacting LeBlanc's vehicle.
The police stated that after the tire hit, LeBlanc lost control of the vehicle and ended up between the guardrails separating the opposite lanes. LeBlanc was taken to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
No charges have been filed against the driver and the accident remains under investigation by the State Police.

]]> __________________________________________________________________McMullen eventually exited the highway at exit 14 near Route 228 in Rockland. While still on the exit ramp McMullen continued to evade capture and caused his vehicle to strke two police cruisers. Police officers then allegedly fired three shots at McMullen resulting in his death.
A state trooper, who's car was struck head on by McMullen, was taken to South Shore Hospital and treated for his injuries. Two other officers also received medical treatment. The Rockland Police Department assisted at the scene, but were not involved in the chase.
The accident and shooting remain under investigation by the Boston Police Commissioner, Plymouth County investigators, and the State Police.

The police investigation revealed that the mother's view was blocked by parked cars and the shape of the driveway. Police also state that there was no evidence of impairment on the mother's part. Bridget is mourned by her family after this tragic accident.

Charles was apparently trapped in the vehicle for about an hour before firefighters removed him with lifesaving tools.
Charles was then transported by ambulance to Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, where he was pronounced dead. The cause of the accident is unknown at this time.
Among those responding to the scene were the State Police, the Attleboro Fire Department and the North Attleboro Fire Department.

Mitchell also allegedly continued driving and was stopped in a line of traffic when police caught up with her. Mitchell was arraigned on Tuesday in Falmouth District Court. She was charged with motor vehicle homicide while under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of personal injury resulting in death, two counts of driving to endanger, and a marked lanes violation. Mitchell was released on her own recognizance.
According to court records, Pearsall was walking along the road with three friends after attending a fireworks display in Mashpee. Pearsall was a soccer standout and would have been a junior at Falmouth High School in the fall.
