Westborough, Massachusetts: Victims of Fatal Crash Identified as Randolph Residents

January 7, 2015: Last Thursday, January 1, Clarice Felix, 18, and Dave Virgile, 27, both of Randolph, Massachusetts, died as a result of personal injuries sustained when a car they were riding in collided with a truck on the Massachusetts Turnpike in Westborough.  Fellow passengers, Gregory Marcelin, 20, of East Weymouth, and Monique Sheppard, 20, of Roxbury, were also injured in the accident. 

Bryant Brezil, 19, of Randolph, was driving the car, and Zachary Tucker, 24, of Deerfield, New Hampshire, was operating the truck.  Both vehicles were traveling in the eastbound lane of the Turnpike, when the truck collided with the car, causing the truck to roll over onto the sedan.

Felix and Virgile were pronounced dead at the scene.  Marcelin and Sheppard were taken to the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, and treated for serious injuries.  Brezil and Tucker suffered minor injuries and were treated at the scene.

The cause of the accident is currently under investigation by Troop E of the Massachusetts State Police, as well as the State Police’s Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section, and Crime Scene Services Section.
